Shipping & Returns

We take photos when packing your order to ensure that the product is complete and well packaged before shipping.

Incoming orders are usually processed and shipped on the same day or the next day, but no later than the following working day.

 

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

 

We ship to Germany and all EU countries listed in the table below. If you would like to ship to other countries, please contact us. info@akashanatura.com

Shipping in Germany:

• Delivery for €3.99

• FREE delivery from €30

 

Shipping to other European countries:

• Order €0 - €29.99, delivery for €9.99

• Order €30 - €99.99, delivery for €6.99

• FREE delivery from €100

​Notes on customs duties and fees

The documents for orders to countries outside the EU list the value of the items included in the delivery. Customs can open packages for inspection; we have no influence over this.

 

Customs or import fees are charged once the shipment has reached your country. The fees for customs clearance are at your expense. We have no influence over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs authorities.

Exchange

 

When exchanging, you do not have to use the original packaging, but please pack the items properly to avoid transport damage. You can choose the cheapest shipping method.

 

We will then send you the desired item free of charge (only within Germany). The shipping costs for the second and all subsequent replacement items are at your expense.

Returns

 

When returning, you do not have to use the original packaging, but please pack the items properly to avoid transport damage. You can choose the cheapest shipping method.

 

Since skin care products are hygiene products, they cannot be returned after unpacking.

14-day return and exchange period

 

You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without giving any reason and thus cancel the purchase contract. If there are indications that the goods have been used to such an extent that there is a reduction in value, the customer loses his right of withdrawal.

 

The 14-day return period begins after the customer has received the goods.

Please write your order number, name, email address and mobile number on the note and please put it in the package.

Please pack the items properly to avoid damage during transport.

For returns with a value of more than 30 euros, we recommend sending with tracking. We accept no liability or guarantee for returns lost in the mail. We also recommend omitting the word "Jewelry" in the recipient address.

Refund

 

Once your return has been received and checked, you will be refunded the corresponding amount. If your refund is declined, we will contact you by email.

 

To prevent fraud, we will only refund amounts to the account used to place the order.
